Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time on Tako. 

We're sorry to see you go 😔 Our team is always open to any feedback on how we can improve the app.

How will I be charged?

When you cancel your subscription, future recurring charges will be cancelled.

However, you may still see a charge on your card if the payment has not been made for the previous month. This is because Shopify only bills you the month after you subscribe and not on the day itself.

What happens to my credit balance?

Your credit balance will remain unchanged.

You can continue to use the remaining credits in your account until the end of your monthly cycle.
