What happens to my data if I unsubscribe/uninstall Tako?

If you’re thinking of cancelling your susbcription or uninstalling Tako, here are some things you might want to know.

Will I lose my descriptions if I cancel my subscription?

After cancelling your subscription, descriptions that have been published to your Shopify storefront will not be affected.

You will still have access to your generated descriptions on Tako as long as you have not uninstalled the app.

What happens if I uninstall Tako?

Your data on the app will be deleted within 48 hours after you've removed it. No code is left on your store as well, but your published descriptions will remain on your Shopify storefront.

Unpublished descriptions that are only stored on Tako will be lost after uninstalling the app.
